Core processing

The product processes account, session, trip, checklist, budget, itinerary, chat, OCR, report, billing, usage, and operational log data to provide the AI travel workspace.
AI and OCR
Implementation notice for review.
AI chat and OCR features may send needed trip context, messages, or receipt images to AI providers. Receipt images are temporary and Veyra saves only confirmed structured expense data.
Cookies and browser storage

Necessary cookies and browser storage keep users signed in and preserve core workspace state. Optional analytics or marketing tools should stay disabled unless a user allows them.
Data rights

The implementation plan includes export, correction/help, deletion, retention notices, consent preferences, and processor transparency in the Privacy & data center.
General audience

Veyra is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If Veyra learns that a child account was created without the required consent, the account should be removed through the privacy request process.
US opt-out signals

Veyra does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted advertising. If those practices are introduced, Veyra should honor applicable opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
